The Sacrament of Marriage is one of the seven Sacraments of our Church.  It is a sharing in the presence of God in our lives each day when a man and woman share in the joys, and sorrows, the challenges and the opportunities in living a Christian life together!

We the Parish Community of St. Francis de Chantal are happy to help couples prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage!  Please be aware that you should contact the parish office at least six months before the wedding date, and before you make any arrangements with the reception hall.

Marriage is a Sacrament — because it enables us to rely on the strength of our God.  All Catholics are encouraged to have their marriages blessed by the Church.

Celebrating your marriage at a catering hall, or at a destination by a judge is not considered a scarement but a civil marriage.

We look forward to being part of this sacred moment with you.

Please call the Parish Secretary – Margaret to set up an appointment with one of our priests or deacons, to discuss having your wedding here at St. Frances de Chantal – 516-7856-2333, X 0.
