In Baptism, we are all made one in Jesus and one with each other. We are called to serve and support our brothers and sisters and even those outside of the Christian family.
A beautiful way we can do this is through the Ministry of Consolation – one of the Corporal Works of Mercy. As ministers of consolation, we are privileged to provide comfort and support as we journey with families as they prepare for the funeral of their loved one.
To choose the readings and the mnusic for a reverent Christian funeral liturgy, we assist them and accompany them through the process and the day itself.
Our Mission … is to be the loving face of Christ as we extend our services to our brothers and sisters in their time of need.
